i hope you don’t mind me posting my personal shit. i want to record every station of my weight loss / weight gain procedure. all the weight i’ve gained back recently are on my thighs and on my waist now. it’s so sad. you may not see any difference but i feel. (don’t be afraid i don’t wear this outfit on the streets.) i need to lose at least 5 kgs / 11 lbs.
